I’m going to answer a few questions for you as best as I can.
Hackers banning players: This is a huge deal right now and we know it has affected a lot of you. Right now we are in the process of closing off that ability. After we have done that, we will do a mass reactivation for everyone that this has affected. Our dev team is working on this right now.
Getting Stuck at 75% activating for new accounts: We just put out a big fix for this. Let us know if you are still having a problem.
Are we going to get more mods?
YES 
yes yes yes! Nobody wants more mods than me! I obviously can’t help you all by myself. Ninja powers are strong.. but not that strong. Guys keep in mind that we haven’t even officially released the site yet. We are working on expanding our team for this site before official release.
Are more privacy features coming for the site?
Yes, I replied to this in a previous post. We are working on it. We heard your feedback and we know this is important to you.
What happened to the Celtic Cross and the Leprechaun statue?
The Celtic Cross was never meant to be released… twice. This is completely our fault. We are very sorry for the confusion it has caused in the game and we have taken the needed steps to prevent this from happening again. No, we are not taking it away from those who have it.
As for the Leprechaun statue.. keep your eyes open for that guy.. leprechauns are sneaky guys.. you may catch him again soon. 
Is Pink Ninja friends with Chris Australia, taking bribes from Chris Australia, a hacker herself, a robot, an alien?????
Um.. no. That’s probably the silliest thing I’ve ever heard.
Yeah, it looks like one of his old accounts (that was banned on 12/3/08) is on my buddy list.
When we first found out about Chris it was when he was doing water balloon hacks. Remember how people can throw massive amounts all at once and freeze your screen? I added him in game and talked to him way back then to try to find out what he was doing. Then I banned him. Of course he has made several new accounts since then, and of course I ban them as I find them.
Aside from that.. I approve pretty much anyone who tries to add me as a buddy in game. I don’t investigate you first or check back a million times to make sure your name stayed the same. Who has time to do that?
The only thing hackers give me (or any of us at Zynga).. is more work!
I would much rather spend my time helping you guys with regular problems, answering your questions, making sure that your ideas are heard by our devs, and starting contests.. than having to deal with hackers!
Yes, we did delete the posts attacking me. Yes, we will continue to do so.
The forums are not to be used to attack or accuse mods, devs, or players.
Anyone doing this will have their posts deleted and may end up banned.
Do you really want our forums to be full of accusations and attacks against everyone? Would you like it if you were the one being attacked?
This will most likely be the only response I have to this silly accusation. I would rather spend my time helping players than answering accusations that are quite obviously false.

I have had some problems with hackers. I had a black performance stage, right. Well some guy came in to my apartment and he said “I’ll give you my 3 dance floors for that black stage please.” So I said yes ok lets trade. And so we traded, and I went to check my inventory to edit my room, and guess what the dance floors were not there. So I tried to refresh, so i refreshed came back and tried editing again, they still were not in my inventory. So my guess is that he put in trade just 3 pictures of a dance floor. This happened to me just the other night. I have been trying to contact zynga about this and I still never receaved my stage back.
All I want is my stage back. Please help me.

Hackers still freezing people by sending them gifts or by game requests. I use to be able to decline gift/game to prevent it, but now freezing happen automatically, and now looks like they can setup “Game Freeze” by party listing. It happened a few times when I click on party link, was sent mass of gift/freezings. Before I could join party. Will this ever be fixed? I thought about buying stuff with my creditcard/paypal, but now, the future looks bleak. I can only see others learning to hack/freeze people with wpe software, to fight back. :O(

OK ihave gone through alot of forums to many toher sources yet i have someone to help me so what the heck illtry here to I LOVE YOU VILLE and i spend alot of my free time in this silly game I have invested some real money beats paying a movie and dinner saved some money on cheeper intertainment lol anyway i just bought not to long a go a bunch of collectables and i put them in my secret room bookcase now it wont let me in OMG what can I do WHO CAN HELPME PLEASE let me know …..

I have done a little web design in the past and I am certainly no gaming programming expert…This is my best guess: Many in YoVille seem to be having this problem including me. So my guess is that “our rooms” are on separate servers and that these servers may be down for some reason or other. We will just have to wait until the issue is fixed. I know it’s hard to be patient. But it would be nice if a ninja could find out and tell us what the problem is. How about it Ninjas? Could you tell us what’s going on please? I would love to know if my guess was right!…lol
