We have a brand new feature that you all are sure to love! Introducing YoDecor – a way for you to show off your amazing decoration and talent on YoVille. Now you can post your favorite rooms to your walls, share with friends and get friends to rate / like your decor! Let me take you through how the feature is going to work.
NOTE: This feature is not yet available to 100% – this is the Beta version and we would like your feedback (which will be taken into consideration) to help make this feature more enjoyable for you all!
Once you log into the game (if the YoDecor Feature is available to you, you will see the following one-time pop-up)
Once you grant permission to the feature you will see a new Hud Icon on the right of your screens:
This is a slide Hud Icon which means that click on the arrow will bring out the side bar which shows you the 2 Hud Icons associated with YoDecor!
You will land on the Yo Trends tab by default. This tab will show you who’s heating up the decoration scene on YoVille and showcase the top 10 best rooms in game. Remember, that these are not just your friends looks but could be anyone who’s look has been rated highly by other YoVillians!

The first tab is called “Friends” – This is an interesting tab as it let’s you view your YoVillian friend’s rooms and how they’ve been decorating! Remember only those friends who have published their rooms to YoDecor will show up in this tab, so make sure to tell your friends to join in the fun!
The tab to your right is called “My Score” – This tab is important for YOU because this is the tab that gives you all the details you are looking for on your rooms! The ‘My Score’ tab will let you comment on your room, check the number of likes you have received and view your friend’s comments as well!
Posting Looks and Commenting:
- When you change and save a new room on YoVille you now have the option to “post to YoDecor. This enables you to post to Facebook and YoDecor. Posting to YoDecor will enable friends to view your comments, likes and other details when they view YoDecor!
- Comments and likes that are posted to Facebook will also be posted on YoDecor.
- If you worked hard to put your room together and would like more people to view your decorations, comment and “like” make sure to use the “Post” button in the “My Score” tab on YoDecor to re-post your room!
